Philadelphia, Pa -- Victoria Ciliberti and her family have carried on the tradition of weaving Palms for Church displays during the Easter Season. This has been something her South Philly family has been doing for decades. Her skill at this unique craft has earned her a special name around the Italian Market, The Palm Lady.
